• ADA seats are not available online at this time. Please communicate your accessibility requirements when purchasing tickets in person or by phone through the Severance Hall Ticket Office at (216) 231-1111 ext. 1 or 800-686-1141 ext. 1.
• ADA Seats are held for those with special needs until 48 hours prior to the performance, unless sell-out conditions exist before this time. For patrons who prefer to transfer from a wheelchair, seats with removable arms are available on the Orchestra Level.
