The Cleveland Orchestra presents “Piano Pals”
Musical Rainbow concerts on January 14 and 15
in Severance Hall’s Concert Hall

Cleveland Orchestra Principal Keyboardist Joela Jones will introduce children ages 3-6 to “Piano Pals” in PNC Musical Rainbow concerts, held in Severance Hall’s Concert Hall. In addition to the piano, the concerts will introduce other keyboard instruments, including the harpsichord, celesta, and, for the first time at Musical Rainbow concerts, to Severance Hall’s Norton Memorial Organ. There will be one performance on Friday January 14, at 10 a.m., and two Saturday performances, Saturday, January 15, at 10 a.m. and Saturday, January 15, at 11 a.m. Local actress and singer Maryann Nagel hosts the 30-minute programs for young children, which include narration, demonstration, short solo selections, and audience participation.
This season, as part of its Grow Up Great initiative in Cleveland, PNC is sponsoring the Musical Rainbows Series for preschoolers as well as a wide range of other activities and programs designed to give very young children “A Great Early Start in the Arts.” PNC Musical Rainbow programs introduce very young children to the instruments of the orchestra, one at a time.

Ticket Prices: $7 (general admission).
Ticket Office: The Severance Hall Ticket Office is located in the Smith Lobby. The entrance and 15-minute Ticket Service parking are along East Boulevard. The Ticket Office is open 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Closed Sundays and holidays, except for those days with performances, when the Ticket Office opens 3 hours before concert start time.
