CLEVELAND, March 22, 2010 – Every ticket for every Cleveland Orchestra concert now through the end of the season will be discounted 25% in a special two-week offer available at clevelandorchestra.com, thanks to generous underwriting from Season Sponsor UBS. This offer begins Monday, March 29, and runs through Friday, April 9, at the Orchestra’s website, clevelandorchestra.com. The Cleveland Orchestra’s new website offers convenient selection of seats and print-at-home tickets.
Cleveland Orchestra Season Sponsor UBS is making it possible for more Northeast Ohioans to attend Cleveland Orchestra concerts now through the end of the season. UBS will be providing transportation for more than a thousand elementary school students to attend Cleveland Orchestra Education Concerts at Severance Hall. UBS is also making it possible for people of all ages to have access to deeply discounted tickets to take advantage of traditional orchestral concerts featuring the great symphonic masterpieces of Beethoven, Brahms, Handel, Mozart, Schumann and more; a Family Concert featuring a story by Lemony Snicket; Fridays@7 (an hour-long Orchestra concert at an early start time, followed by entertaining and diverse styles of world music featuring international musicians, presented in a casual atmosphere with food and drink); and the Celebrity Series with trumpeter Chris Botti and the Orchestra.
