Groups Get Great Benefits!
- Groups of 10 or more enjoy a discount of up to 15% on tickets.
- Student and Senior Groups get an even greater discount for many concerts.
- Personal attention and service throughout the planning and ordering process.
- Maps, parking guides, and dining suggestions are provided upon request.
Group Guidelines
- Call today and put an estimated number of tickets on hold.
- With your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the full amount is required to place tickets on hold, which will then be applied to your final order (deposits are non-refundable except in the event that the performance itself is cancelled).
- Tickets are mailed after receipt of full payment, which is due four weeks prior to concert date.

- Bus parking available.
- Improved tram service running from all parking lots directly to the Pavilion.
- Catering by Aramark available in the Knight Grove. Reservations required. Call for details.
- Two picnic areas are available (on a first-come, first-served .
- Fireworks displays after select performances. (See schedule for specific dates.)
- Beautifully renovated grounds including newly paved paths and upgraded lighting, expanded restrooms and concessions, more picnic tables, expanded gardens, and increased merchandise sales.
- The Cleveland Orchestra’s Blossom Music Festival is a great place for company picnics, reunions, and birthdays, too!

- Lobby areas connected directly with the parking garage provides easy access for those arriving by car.
- Severance Restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Wade Lagoon is open prior to all Cleveland Orchestra performances. Reservations required.
- Catering by Restaurant Associates available in the many rental spaces of Severance Hall.
- Gift shop featuring CDs, gift merchandise, and much more.
