The Cleveland Orchestra offers a variety of opportunities for groups to hear the Cleveland Orchestra throughout the year.  From Severance Hall to the Blossom Festival, The Cleveland Orchestra welcomes groups to enjoy great music at discounted prices.

Groups Get Great Benefits!

  • Groups of 10 or more enjoy a discount of up to 15% on tickets.
  • Student and Senior Groups get an even greater discount for many concerts.
  • Personal attention and service throughout the planning and ordering process.
  • Maps, parking guides, and dining suggestions are provided upon request.

Group Guidelines

  1. Call today and put an estimated number of tickets on hold.
  2. With your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the full amount is required to place tickets on hold, which will then be applied to your final order (deposits are non-refundable except in the event that the performance itself is cancelled).
  3. Tickets are mailed after receipt of full payment, which is due four weeks prior to concert date.

Group Amenities at Blossom

  • Bus parking available.
  • Improved tram service running from all parking lots directly to the Pavilion.
  • Catering by Aramark available in the Knight Grove. Reservations required. Call for details.
  • Two picnic areas are available (on a first-come, first-served .
  • Fireworks displays after select performances. (See schedule for specific dates.)
  • Beautifully renovated grounds including newly paved paths and upgraded lighting, expanded restrooms and concessions, more picnic tables, expanded gardens, and increased merchandise sales.
  • The Cleveland Orchestra’s Blossom Music Festival is a great place for company picnics, reunions, and birthdays, too!  

Group Amenities at Severance Hall

  • Bus parking available with prior notification.
  • Lobby areas connected directly with the parking garage provides easy access for those arriving by car.
  • Severance Restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Wade Lagoon is open prior to all Cleveland Orchestra performances. Reservations required.
  • Catering by Restaurant Associates available in the many rental spaces of Severance Hall.
  • Gift shop featuring CDs, gift merchandise, and much more.
