Flexible Ticket Exchanges
Exchange Policy for Subscribers
(Winter Season Severance Hall Concerts)
The ticket exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of their subscription tickets. Subscribers may exchange subscription tickets for a different performance of the same week’s program at any time. Subscribers may also exchange their subscription tickets for another subscription concert up to 5 days prior to the performance. There will be no service charge for in-week or 5-day advance ticket exchanges. If a ticket exchange is requested within 5 days of the performance, there will be a $10 service charge per concert.
If you cannot attend a concert, you can receive credit for a charitable donation of the purchase price by returning your tickets by phone no later than 2-1/2 hours prior to performance time.24-week series subscribers receive free exchanges at any time.
