Accessibility

The Cleveland Orchestra is committed to making Blossom Music Center an accessible and welcoming concert venue for all patrons. Special parking, cut-down curbs, restroom access, motorized transportation to seating areas, and accommodations for wheelchairs are available throughout the grounds to make our performances as accessible as possible. Accessible Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seats are located in all seating price levels in the Blossom Pavilion and on the Lawn. For more information or to purchase tickets, call the Severance Hall Ticket office during regular weekday business hours at 216-231-1111 or 800-686-1141 or visit the Ticket Office at Severance Hall or Blossom.

Accessible Parking

Handicapped parking spaces are provided free in paved lots B (reserved for subscribers) and E. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles displaying a handicapped parking placard or license plate.

Tram Service

Free, wheelchair-accessible trams are in continuous service before and after all Blossom Festival performances to transport patrons between the parking lots, Smith Plaza and the Pavilion.

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located near the Pavilion, Concessions Stands, Wine Shop and Blossom Grille.

Drinking Fountains

Wheelchair accessible drinking fountains are located throughout the Blossom grounds.

Service Animals

Trained guide dogs and service animals are welcome at Blossom. When purchasing tickets, please notify the ticket office that you will be accompanied by a service animal.

In Case of Emergency

In case of a medical emergency, alert an usher or go to the First Aid Station at Smith Pavilion.
