About Literary Lots

 
Literary Lot is a free, multi-week, drop-in community program that seeks to engage kids from diverse backgrounds in reading and literature. Each lot’s theme is based on a specific children’s book and becomes a space for art, music, and educational programming, bringing together cultural institutions from across the city. The Slavic Village Literary Lot’s theme is based on the New York Times bestselling book, “The Wild Robot” by Peter Brown.

Star-Spangled Spectacular
Concert

Mall B, downtown Cleveland

Details:

The Cleveland Orchestra will present a free community concert in the heart of Cleveland. Food trucks, families activities and pre-concert performances will take place prior to the concert. There will be a fireworks show following the concert. Concert will be live radio broadcast.

Cleveland Orchestra Violin Recital (Parma Heights)

Violinist Elayna Duitman and pianist Carolyn Warner, both musicians in The Cleveland Orchestra, will present a free recital of violin piano sonatas in the community.
