About the Music

The “Amplify the Voice: A Benefit Concert for Ukraine” features the award-winning cultural ambassador of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus of North America (UBC) and special guests.

For over 100 years, the UBC has been the guardian of the majestic 60-stringed musical instrument– the Bandura. The UBC resettled in the United States after WWII, and for over seven decades has toured the world. The bandura is an icon of Ukraine’s national identity, voice, and the bearer of its soul.

UBC musicians reside throughout North America. All musicians volunteer their time and talents while upholding the highest artistic, musical, and cultural standards.

All proceeds from this concert will benefit registered 501(c)3 organizations that have a track record of transparently delivering humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
