About TCO Rewards
TCO Rewards is a FREE feature of your Cleveland Orchestra online account and is accessible by logging into your patron dashboard at my.clevelandorchestra.com.
You can earn points for exploring videos and articles that enrich your experience of the music and the artists that perform it, take surveys that show your love of the artform and this orchestra, tell us about your recent concert experience, or redeem codes you’ve received from special events, social media or store purchases.
Once you’ve activated TCO Rewards in the dashboard you can begin to earn points for activities like concert attendance, reading our weekly eNewsletter, becoming a subscriber, or becoming a donor. These activities will be credited to your account automatically once you have initiated rewards on your account.
Then redeem your points for exclusive content, special merchandise, VIP experiences, free tickets and more. It’s never been more rewarding to be a part of The Cleveland Orchestra family!
How it works
When you register an account online with The Cleveland Orchestra, you automatically can begin earning rewards. If you do not currently have a Cleveland Orchestra digital account, you can register one here.
*Already have an account? Simply sign in and select “Rewards” in the left hand menu of your NEW dashboard, check that your information is correct, and celect "Activate My Rewards." From there you can see all the activities and rewards available as well as a log of all your points activity.
What activities earn rewards?
The following activities will be credited to your account automatically once your account is activated:
- Attending a concert
- Becoming a season subscriber
- Donating to the Annual Fund
- Purchasing a Blossom Lawn Ticket Book
- Reading the weekly eNewsletter (requires click-through from email)
Why have I not received points for an activity?
To receive points for an activity you must initiate that activity through the Rewards section in your Cleveland Orchestra account unless they are one of the activities listed above. If you are missing points, please email email@example.com.
Do my points expire?
No, as long as your account is active, your points do not expire. Log in to your account a minimum of one time a year and your points will continue to accumulate until you redeem them for rewards. If you have more points than you can use, consider donating points to provide free tickets to veterans or needy families and help The Cleveland Orchestra family grow.
How do I redeem points?
All eligible rewards will be listed in the Rewards section of your Cleveland Orchestra account. If you have enough points for a specific award it will be unlocked and you can follow the instructions to redeem points for the reward.
When will I receive my redeemed reward?
Time of delivery will vary by reward. Please allow 7-14 days for rewards being delivered. If the reward is an enter-to-win reward fulfillment will occur after the published deadline for the drawing.
Can I return or exchange my reward?
Please read the details carefully for each reward you intend to redeem. By redeeming the reward you are agreeing to those terms and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Can I share my points with another member?
TCO Rewards is a free feature of your Cleveland Orchestra digital account. If your account is part of a household, your points and rewards are awarded at the household level and will be shared by household members. Points are not transferable to other individuals or households.
