Use of Information
All information gathered online for ticket purchases is entered into the box office ticketing system, which is the sole repository of data used by The Cleveland Orchestra to generate postal mailing lists that provide our patrons with information about our products and services and notices of upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, please email your request to info@clevelandorchestra.com or call the Severance Ticket Office at 216-231-1111. Once or twice a year, we may exchange mailing lists with other Cleveland-area arts organizations so they may provide our patrons with local arts-related information. Rewards Program Enrollment
Automatic Enrollment. When you create an account with The Cleveland Orchestra, you are automatically enrolled in our Rewards program at no cost. Rewards is a complimentary benefit offered to all account holders and allows you to earn points through ticket purchases, event attendance, and other qualifying activities, which can be redeemed for benefits described on our Rewards program page.
How Rewards Works. The Rewards program is operated by The Cleveland Orchestra. To administer the program, we track your qualifying activities with us (such as ticket purchases, event attendance, and account activity) and calculate points based on program rules described on our Rewards program page. We use loyalty program service providers to help us operate the program on our behalf. Information collected in connection with Rewards is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Opting Out. Participation in Rewards is optional. If you do not wish to participate, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at rewards@clevelandorchestra.com or 216-456-8405. Opting out of Rewards will not affect your ability to maintain a Cleveland Orchestra account, purchase tickets, or receive other communications you have signed up for. Any points you have accrued at the time of opt-out will be forfeited.
Program Changes. The Cleveland Orchestra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program, or to change program terms, benefits, or point values, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through your account or via email.
