Music Explorers on the Road... at the Zoo!

For All Ages

Join Cleveland Orchestra musicians Alan Harrell and Lisa Boyko for two special Music Explorers concerts at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Monday, August 10th at 1:45 PM. Come early at 12 PM for an instrument petting zoo.

Cuyahoga County and Hinckley Township residents receive free Zoo admission with valid proof of residency on Monday, and all guests admitted to the Zoo are welcome to enjoy the concert at no additional cost.

Free Community Concert

Fun for the whole family!

The Cleveland Orchestra returns to Cain Park on September 2 at 8 PM! Join us for a free community concert in the heart of Cleveland Heights, performed under the direction of Black Panther conductor Anthony Parnther.

This concert is sold out, but walk ups are welcome! Please join the standby line near the Cain Park Box Office to join our waitlist. This line will be released to the performance 10-15 minutes before the concert start.

Note: This concert was rescheduled from July 1 to September 2.

46th Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration

For over 40 years, The Cleveland Orchestra has celebrated the unifying message and memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This dynamic musical program, performed by The Cleveland Orchestra in the historic Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Concert Hall, features outstanding soloists, the MLK Community Chorus, and the presentation of the Service in the Arts Awards.

Each year, The Cleveland Orchestra recognizes individuals or organizations for their positive impact on music and the arts, reflecting the spirit, example and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

MLK Celebration Chorus

Assembled since 1989 to sing as part of the annual MLK Celebration Concert, this volunteer community chorus brings together singers from across Northeast Ohio and is directed by William Henry Caldwell.
