TCO Ticket Wallet is now The Cleveland Orchestra App

This major update will make it even easier to manage your Student Advantage and Frequent Fan accounts and purchase tickets.

As a result of the app update, you will now need to verify your student status before attaining your Student Advantage or Frequent Fan membership.

About the App

How to Sign Up

  1. Download or Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of The Cleveland Orchestra mobile app installed on your phone. (insert link or button to download the app)
  2. Log In or Create an Account: Open the app and tap on your “Account” tab on the bottom menu bar and select “Login or register” at the top of that page. If you already have a TCO account, log in with your email and password. If you're new, create a TCO account using your current school assigned email address.
  3. Pick your Student Membership: Once logged in, stay on your “Account” page and scroll down to the “Memberships” section. Select the “Sign up” text under either Student Advantage or Frequent Fan Card.
  4. Register your Student Status: For Student Advantage, you will immediately be taken to the student verification process to have our system verify you are a current student. For Frequent Fan Card, select the first button on the “Frequent Fan Card” page to begin your student verification process. Once the form is complete, you will get a page notifying you that your status is being reviewed with an estimated time frame for completion. You will be contacted via email if your status was either accepted or rejected. If you are rejected and are an active student, please contact support at boxoffice@clevelandorchestra.com.
  5. You’re accepted!: If you are looking to be a Student Advantage member, your sign-up process is now complete. If you are looking to purchase a Frequent Fan Card, navigate back to the “Frequent Fan Card” page and select the last button on the page to purchase your Frequent Fan Card. Follow the process presented in the app to complete your purchase.

How to Purchase Tickets

  1. Student tickets will still be made available each Monday: Look for your student ticket email each week to see what’s becoming available.
  2. To see eligible performances: Within the The Cleveland Orchestra mobile app, ensure you are logged in, and navigate to the “Calendar” tab on the bottom menu bar. Shows marked with the “Student Tix” orange tab are eligible shows for your student savings.
  3. Purchase your Tickets: Select the eligible show you are interested in purchasing tickets for by selecting the event title on the Calendar page. This will take you to the event page. Select the date you want, and choose the “Student Tickets” option dropdown. Select the “Choose tickets” button within the dropdown, and select your seat(s). Once finished, click continue, and follow through the payment process.
  4. See your Tickets: Once your purchase is complete, you can navigate to the “My Tickets” tab in the bottom menu bar to see what upcoming tickets you have for performances, as well as past purchases in the “Archive” tab in the top menu of the page.

In-person Purchases

Tickets are also available for in-person purchase at the box office. To purchase Student Tickets on-site at The Severance Ticket Office, you must present your student ID. There will be a $5 processing fee for any FFC or SAP tickets purchased on-site the day of a performance. Don't forget! Tickets = TCO Rewards Points. Earn to win cool prizes!
